Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Caballo Elite purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.


Refunded or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition in original packaging with all tags attached and intact.


If you require a refund or exchange, please email our Customer Service team on:
office.caballoelite.ltd@gmail.com stating your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return an item.


Except in the case of faulty items, return postage will be at the expense of the customer or person returning the item.


We strongly recommend that items are returned by registered mail and that you retain your postage/tracking receipt. Caballo Elite cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postage system.


Items that are made to measure or personalised are non-refundable unless faulty.
If an item is damaged in transit, if possible, do not accept delivery. Where this is not possible, and an item is delivered having been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Damaged items will be inspected before an exchange or refund can be issued. All return postage costs will be reimbursed if the item is deemed to have been damaged on arrival.


Refunds and Exchanges


Refunds will be made to the original card used to make the initial purchase within 7 business days.
All refunds will be made minus initial postage costs. Original postage costs paid on a purchase will not be refunded.  
If an item is to be exchanged, standard postage will not be charged on the exchanged item.
Replacement items will be despatched free of charge, unless express delivery is requested by the
customer, in which case the difference is payable.
Where an exchange is requested, any price difference owed to the customer will be refunded to the card which was used to make the original purchase. Any price difference on exchanged items that is greater than the cost of the original item will require payment to be made prior to despatch.
