Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Caballo Elite purchase. However, if for any reason you
wish to return an item, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Refunded or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition in original packaging with
all tags attached and intact.
If you require a refund or exchange, please email our Customer Service team on:
office.caballoelite.ltd@gmail.com stating your reason for return and whether you would like a
refund or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return an item.
Except in the case of faulty items, return postage will be at the expense of the customer or person
returning the item.
We strongly recommend that items are returned by registered mail and that you retain your
postage/tracking receipt. Caballo Elite cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postage
system.
Items that are made to measure are non-refundable unless faulty.
If an item is damaged in transit, if possible, do not accept delivery. Where this is not possible, and
an item is delivered having been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a
replacement. Damaged items will be inspected before an exchange or refund can be issued. All
return postage costs will be reimbursed if the item is deemed to have been damaged on arrival.
